PulseGenerates Responsible Calling Policy

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Our Approach to Outreach

At PulseGenerates, we recognize that unsolicited calls can be frustrating when they are deceptive, excessive, or poorly managed. We believe professional outreach should be conducted with respect, clear campaign standards, and appropriate operational controls.

1. Respectful Communication

We do not support practices intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, abuse, deliberately mislead, or pressure people through deceptive tactics.

2. Clear Campaign Information

Before beginning a campaign, PulseGenerates may work with the client to understand the purpose of outreach, the represented business or individual, the product or service involved, the intended audience, and approved messaging and qualification criteria.

3. Responsible Handling of Contact Requests

Where applicable to the campaign and relevant requirements, requests not to receive further contact should be handled through the appropriate process.

4. Honest Identification

PulseGenerates does not support intentional deceptive identity practices. Where required or appropriate, calls should provide accurate information about the caller and the represented organization.

5. Campaign Data

Campaign data should be handled for authorized business purposes connected to the agreed campaign. Clients are expected to provide data and materials they are authorized to use. PulseGenerates seeks to limit access to personnel who require it for authorized operational purposes.

6. Calling Practices

Calling practices should take into account the nature of the campaign, whether outreach is directed toward consumers or businesses, the location of contacted people, applicable contact restrictions, and campaign instructions.

7. Quality and Accountability

PulseGenerates intends to maintain processes appropriate to its stage of growth, including campaign briefing, agent guidance, quality review, performance feedback, issue escalation, and review of significant concerns.

8. Raising Concerns

PulseGenerates may pause, decline, or request clarification regarding a campaign where significant operational, ethical, or compliance-related concerns are reasonably identified.

9. Client Collaboration

Responsible outreach requires cooperation. Clients are expected to provide accurate campaign information and appropriate instructions. Specific responsibilities may be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

10. No Guarantee of Results

PulseGenerates does not guarantee sales, appointments, conversions, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Performance depends on factors including the offer, audience, data quality, market conditions, and client-provided materials.

11. Continuous Improvement

PulseGenerates may update its procedures based on operational experience, quality findings, campaign feedback, applicable requirements, and improvements to internal processes.
